Sarganpark vs Ahmedabad

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned counsel Mr.Jani for respondent No.1 states that now the area in question is included within the Corporation limits of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. He further states that he will like to have instructions as to whether the representation made by the appellant is decided by the AUDA or not.
