ORDER This petition was filed on 20.3.2014. Despite sufficient time being granted, the office objections were not removed. Hence this matter was listed before the Court on 7.6.2014. On which day, two weeks time was granted to do the needful. However, the same is not complied. Subsequently, on 16.7.2014 when the matter was listed before the Court, adjournment was granted on payment of cost. It is seen neither the cost is paid nor the objections are attended to. Hence, the petition is dismissed for default.
