The prayer made in the present petition is to expedite the proceedings of original suit no. 582 of 2004 (Chanda and others vs. Gaon Sabha) pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bijnor, within stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Court below namely the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bijnor to expedite the proceedings of original suit no. 582 of 2004 (Chanda and others vs. Gaon Sabha) and shall make an endeavour to decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, from the date of submission of certified copy of this order, after giving due notice and opportunity to all the parties concerned.
