The order passed by respondent no.3 dated 25.8.2014 is challenged in the present writ petition, which records that petitioner had obtained appointment on the basis of manipulated educational certificate. This order has now been challenged after about 04 years. Submission is that petitioner's educational certificate be got verified. There is absolutely no justification for the unusual delay in filing of the writ petition. Learned counsel's contention that petitioner was not aware of this order is not worth placing reliance upon.
Once the petitioner is not working and is also not receiving salary, it cannot be believed that she was not aware about the order of 2014. Even otherwise no foundation is laid to challenge the order, inasmuch as educational certificates have not been annexed nor any certification of the Board brought on record, which may persuade this Court to direct the respondents to re-visit the issue. The order has otherwise been passed, after issuing notice and opportunity to the petitioner.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
