Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that in compliance of the writ court order the answer script of the applicant was revaluated, she scored less marks than the cut off marks i.e. 64, whereas, the cut off mark is 67. The applicant has been found ineligible.
The contempt petition is consigned to record. Record of the writ petition be de-linked.
