The grievance of the petitioner relates to the allotment of fisheries lease on pond, which is a plot No. 351 in the revenue records. The petitioner has filed application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Deputy Collector, Shahganj, District-Jaunpur, i.e., respondent No. 2, but the said application has not yet been decided by the respondent No. 2.
The petitioner may submit a fresh representation before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Deputy Collector, Shahganj, District-Jaunpur bringing all the necessary facts to his notice, who on receiving the aforesaid representation shall decide the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing the representation alongwith this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the affected parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
