After a brief submission, Sri Rashtrapati Khare learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to file afresh.
In view of above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with correct details.
Certified copy of the order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners on the application moved by him after keeping the photo stat of the same on record.
A caveat application of Sri Gyanendra Pratap Singh shall be reported and the copy of the fresh writ petition, if filed, shall be served upon him.
