Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 1- Civil Judge (S.D.) / F.T.C., Mau to decide Original Suit No. 28 of 2009 (Santosh vs. Ashok) within stipulated period.
The order-sheet reflects that the court is vacant at present and as such no order as prayed for can be issued.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the District Judge for redressal of his grievances.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of.
