Petitioner claims to be appointed as Headmaster in Prathmik Vidyalaya Mohna, Vikas Khand Serva Nikheda, Kanpur Dehat. He is seeking transfer within the district on the ground that petitioner has suffered Paralytic Attack and is reportedly physically disabled to the extent of 50%. Representations made in that regard since have not been considered, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's grievance shall be got examined by the authority competent, in accordance with the applicable policy and also in view of the availability of vacancy at the desired station.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.4 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, as noticed above, in terms of the applicable policy, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
