Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner took loan from I.C.I.C.I. bank. He wants some settlement with the Bank.
For the above purpose he has already moved application before the District Legal Services Authority for mediation at the pre-litigation stage. The matter is under consideration before the District Legal Service Authority.
In view of above and the fact that for the purposes of settlement, the petitioner can approach the bank itself, we do not deem it necessary to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction in the matter more particularly when the relief is directed against a private bank.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
