Heard Sri B.D. Mishra, learned Advocate, holding brief of Sri Kamal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K. Goel, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Having perused the material on record, we are not convinced to entertain this public interest litigation. In case of any grievance relating to stocking sand on the road of the village, the petitioner may move appropriate application before the Deputy Collector of the Tehsil or the Collector so that smooth flow of traffic on the said road be restored and maintained.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
