Sri Jamal Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the appellant, wants to withdraw this appeal.
He is permitted to do so.
The appellant shall file his reply with an application for getting the interim application heard expeditiously. On filing such application, a copy be served to the other side who shall file their replies within one week thereafter. The Trial Court to expeditiously hear the application of the appellant herein.
This appeal is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn at this stage with the aforesaid direction.
The aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of six weeks from today.
