Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 194 of 2017, under Section 306 IPC, P.S. Talgram, District Kannauj, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is husband. The deceased has died after 12 years of marriage and she was mother of four kids and the cause of death is hanging.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that all the witnesses of fact have been examined, under the circumstances and without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case on either way, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion in favour of the applicant at this stage. The bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is expected to gear up the trial and conclude the same within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, provided the applicant renders fullest cooperation in early conclusion of the trial.
