The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2013.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased the subject property from one Mr. P. Saravanakumar under Document No.10196 of 2007. When the petitioner approached the 3rd respondent, the Sub Registrar Avadi, he was directed to get No Objection Certificate from the 1st respondent in respect of the subject property. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner already possess patta and as the property is of larger extent, there was double documentation in various survey numbers. The petitioner has submitted an application to all the respondents on 05.03.2013 to issue no objection certificate to sell the property. Since, no action has been taken on his application, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that as stated by the petitioner, if the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2013 is still pending, the same would be considered, in accordance with law.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

In view of the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 05.03.2013 of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of his representation along with this order copy, to the respondents.
