Heard Shri Vijay Prratap Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ashok Trivedi for the respondent-Bank.
Shri Trivedi has raised a preliminary objection that it is not the case of mis-match of the signature in fact the candidature of the petitioner was rejected by the order dated 29.12.2018 and the said order is not under challenged in the present petition.
On query being made Shri Vijay Pratap Yadav submits that he does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the submissions made by counsel for petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
