Mr. Soni, learned A.P.P., waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents.
2. This is an application through jail for releasing the applicant on temporary bail on the ground of repairing his house.
3. Considering the averments made in the application and the jail record, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 45 days (Forty Five Days), on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) before the jail authority. Accordingly, application is partly allowed.
4. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
