Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"(i). Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take final decision with respect to the audit objection sought to be raised on 22.9.2014 (annexure-6), 3.3.2016 (annexure-7) and 31.5.2016 & 8.7.2016 (annexure- 8 & 9) within the time specified by this Hon'ble court."
In view of the statement so made, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the audit objection expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
