The present petition has been filed for cancellation of the result of the respondent no. 4.
On being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner could not explain how the petitioner is aggrieved person and what is the locus of challenging the result of respondent no. 4.
Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is not maintainable and, is accordingly dismissed.
