The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No.37 of 2007 (Computerized Case No.C- 200702000029) (Sanjay Pratap Singh vs. Suresh Singh @ Lallan Singh) filed under section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 challenging the order dated 13.6.2003 was pending. A prayer has, therefore, been made that the aforesaid Revision pending in the Court of Commissioner, Allahabad Division, Allahabad be decided expeditiously.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Revision No.37 of 2007 (Computerized Case No.C- 200702000029) (Sanjay Pratap Singh vs. Suresh Singh @ Lallan Singh) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
