Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 218 of 2017 (Sanit Kumar Vs. Sunil Kumar), under section 138 NI Act, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Meerut, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Meerut to decide the aforesaid complaint case, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
