JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 2 The learned Special Government Pleader represented that the order which is the subject matter of challenge in the contempt, M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., AP has been complied with vide G.O.Ms.No.119, Highways and Minor Ports [HK2] Department, dated 31.05.2017 and a communication to that effect has also been sent by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, the respondent / contemnor herein to the learned Government Advocate, High Court, Madras dated 31.05.2017. The same is taken on file and recorded. 3 In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said Government Order, he is always at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
