Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 22.4.2021 registered as Case Crime No.196 of 2021 under Sections 363, 366, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Khora, District Ghaziabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner no.2 in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. states that final report has been submitted in the matter on 02.7.2021. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
