JUDGMENT / ORDER

It emerges from the record that rule is not received back serving respondent No. 2 and this scenario continues on record for this very respondent for quite sometime. Office shall apprise the Court after necessary inquiry. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms Chetnaben informs the court that the State has chosen not to file the Appeal against the order of the Sessions Case No. 106 of 2004 from which the Criminal Revision Application has arisen. The matter is posted on 20th January 2012 for the office to apprise the Court.
