Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that vide order dated 26.08.2021 of this Court, applicant was granted anticipatory bail.
In view of the aforesaid order, Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the investigation expeditiously without being prejudiced by any observation made in the order.
The grant of anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.08.2021 is made absolute.
With the aforesaid observation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
The instant protection shall continue till the submission of charge sheet under Section 173(2) CrPC by the Investigating Officer or 90 days, whichever is earlier.
