Jayshribe ý daughter of Khushalbhai Umaji Parmar has been produced by the Police in this Court. Her statements on oath are recorded. That be taken on record. In her statements, she claims that she is 22 years of age and she got married with Sandipkumar Popatlal Thakkar on 07.05.2008. She has expressed her desire to go with her husband - Sandipkumar Popatlal Thakkar.
Considering the age of Jayshriben aged 22 years and her statements that she got married with Sandipkumar Popatlal Thakkar, and when the allegations are found true, she will be at liberty to go with him. Now, she is no more in detention, no further order need be passed.
To see bonafide in the allegations, we directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.5,000/- with the Registry of this Court, and in pursuance of the directions, he has deposited Rs.5,000/- with the Registry. As the allegations are found true, we direct the Registry to refund this amount to the petitioner on proper identification.
At this stage, Jayshriben and the petitioner - Sandipkumar Popatlal Thakkar expressed apprehension of physical assault by the opposite party. Considering the apprehension expressed by them, the concerned Police Officials are directed to give her police protection till she reaches the house of her husband - Sandipkumar Popatlal Thakkar.
Petition stands disposed of.
