The grievance of the petitioner is that in the present case the complaint made to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chhibramau, district- Kannauj dated 24th October, 2018 by the petitioner is not being treated under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in spite of there being report of Lekhpal and that of the Station House Officer also dated 28th September, 2018.
In view of the above, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chhibramau is directed to dispose of the application of the applicant-petitioner dated 24th October, 2018 in the light of the report of Station House Officer as well as of Lekhpal after giving full opportunity of hearing to both the parties within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
