Sanatbhai vs State

Pursuant to the order dated 23.1.2012, Mr. D.J. Yogi, Authorised Officer from the Directorate of Municipalities, Gujarat State has filed an affidavit and has produced on record the order dated 24.1.2012.

In view of the above order, Mr. R.K. Mishra, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage to enable him to pursue the respondent authorities and more particularly, the Municipality for execution and implementation of the order dated 24.1.2012.

Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
