Proceedings for division of land holdings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been taken out by the parties. The parties claim to be co-sharers in the disputed plots of land.

Grievance of the petitioners is that their possession is interfered with during the pendency of the suit.

It is open to the petitioners to approach the competent court where the suit is pending for appropriate relief.

The writ petition is disposed of.
