Heard counsel for the applicant.
The applicant has preferred the present petition for non- compliance of the order dated 26.03.2021 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi in Misc. Application No. 1231 of 2021 (Samshiya Begum Vs. Rijwan Ahmad and Ors.). The aforesaid order was passed in the application filed under Section 156 (3) of Code of Civil Procedure, P.S. Kokhraj, District- Kaushambi.
It is argued that inspite of the fact that direction be given by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi to lodge an F.I.R. on 26.03.2021 but till date the FIR in question has not been lodged. It is further argued that aforesaid order was challenged before any higher Contempt Court.
Heard counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
In this view of the matter, the present contempt petition is disposed of finally directing the opposite party to comply with the order passed by the Writ Court in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks' from today but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
