Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Court below to decide the Application No. 6C filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 1377 of 2017 (Samse Alam vs. Mushtaq Ahmad), which is pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Janpur.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Janpur to decide the Application No. 6C filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 1377 of 2017 (Samse Alam vs. Mushtaq Ahmad) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
