Learned A.G.A. has filed progress report/affidavit annexing therewith the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.11, Jaunpur whereby the custody of the corpus has been given to her mother, Saroja Devi. It is stated that as per the birth certificate and transfer certificate, her date of birth is 12.11.2006 and, thus, she is minor and custody has been delivered to the mother of the corpus. Progress report/affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The present habeas corpus writ petition is bereft of merits and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
