JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the husband/petitioner for an early disposal of the original petitions.
2. The petitioner filed three Original Petitions before the I Additional Family Judge, Chennai; (1) O.P.No.2511 of 2013 for divorce (2) O.P.No.2033 of 2016 for restitution of conjugal rights, and (3) O.P.No.3281 of 2014 for custody of petitioner's son and the same are pending before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai. Aggrieved over the long pendency of these matters, the petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate for early disposal of the cases and all the matters have to be taken up together for joint trial.
5. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the petitions in O.P.Nos.2511 of 2013, 3281 of 2014 and 2033 of 2016, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
