1. This writ petition is a letter sent by detenue from jail. It was said that he has completed 19 years of his life sentence and therefore, further period in jail be remitted.
2. Learned A.G.A. has filed an affidavit, stating in para 4 that petitioner Samar Bahadur @ Bachcha Singh S/o Shri Girja Shankar Singh has already been released from Central Jail, Varanasi on 6.12.1995.
3. In the circumstances, nothing survives.
4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
