Heard Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner. This is a time extension application.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that notices were issued to private respondents by order dated 13.08.2021. However, steps for service upon private respondents could not be taken within time period prescribed under the Rules. He, therefore, submits that some further time be granted for service upon private respondents.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, same is allowed.
Learned counsel for petitioner is granted a week's further time to take steps for service upon the private respondents.
