2. Heard learned advocate, Mr.G.Ramakrishnan for the applicant and learned APP, Mr.Dabhi for the State.
3. This application has been filed for releasing the applicant on temporary bail for execution of the sale deed of ancestral property.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this application is partly allowed to enable the applicant to execute the sale deed. Applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail in connection with offence registered as C.R.No.II-3087 of 2011 registered with Shamlaji Police Station, Himatnagar, for a period of three consecutive Government working days from the date of his release with police escort at the cost of the applicant for execution of sale deed as a co-owner of the ancestral property. Applicant shall be taken to custody immediately after the period of three days is over. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
