The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 10.04.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.4613 of 2014 (Smt. Salma v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
In response to the order dated 22.05.2019, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the letter dated 28.05.2019 sent by Special Secretary, Government of U.P. The said instruction be taken on record and a copy of the same be provided to learned counsel for the applicant.
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds that substantial compliance of writ court order has been ensured in the matter and no interference is required..
With the above, the contempt application is disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
