Heard Sri Gopal Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent nos. 1,2,3 and 5 and Sri Parvez Alam, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful renovation/construction being made by the petitioner over House No. 141/A, situated at Domanpura, district Mau.
It appears that there are series of litigations including a civil suit between the petitioner and the respondent no.4, who is her father, but it is the admitted case of the parties that as of today, there is no injunction of any court restraining the petitioner from raising construction over the land in question.
Instructions received from the Superintendent of Police, Mau have also been placed before this Court, in which it has been stated that the competent authority has sanctioned the map and no interference of the police is being made with regard to the construction being made by the petitioner in respect of the house in question.
We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition as having become infructious. Instructions be kept on record.
