After hearing at some length, Shri R. B. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will move proper application before the Trial Court seeking permission to leave the country for going to pilgrimage of Hajj.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, application is disposed of with liberty to applicant to move necessary application seeking permission from Trial Court for leaving the country for pilgrimage of Hajj. The applicant if moves such application the same will be disposed of by Trial Court expeditiously if possible within two months in accordance with law.
