1. As respondent No.2 was Trustee, who has expired during the pendency of the appeal before Lower Appellate Court, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to delete respondent No.2.

2. Permission is accordingly granted. Respondent No.2 stands deleted. Now, the matter is ready for final hearing. Registry is directed to notify the present Civil Revision Application for final hearing on 25/04/2012.
