This petition has been filed with a prayer to expedite the proceedings of recall/restoration application dated 16.1.2014 filed in Case No. 310 (Salhanta vs. Janardan) under Section 34/35 L.R. Act pending before the second respondent-Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Farendra, District Maharajganj.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent-Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Farendra, District Maharajganj, to expedite the aforesaid application and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, by fixing short dates, provided there is no other impediment in deciding it.
