Salam vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned counsel Mr.H.R.Prajapati appearing for the appellant states that he wants to withdraw this Appeal and does not want to press it. The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to raise all contentions available to him in law which were raised by him before the learned Single Judge as well as before us when he challenges the post detention order. Civil Application is also dismissed.
