Leave to delete respondent Nos.3 to 8 granted.
Heard learned advocate for the petitioners and it is submitted that the appellate Court erred in awarding Rs.6,000/- p.m. towards rent to be paid to the respondent and further compensation of Rs.50,000/- when learned Magistrate in a reasoned order passed on 9.5.2011 had rejected such prayer of the respondent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been paying Rs.4,000/- p.m. regularly under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure and no outstanding dues remain.
In view of the above, issue notice returnable on 30.1.2012.
Meanwhile ad-interim relief in terms of para 8 (C) is granted.
