1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-original petitioner to condone the delay of 327 days in preferring the review application in Arbitration Petition No. 92/2009.

2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the necessary averments made in the application, the present application is allowed and the delay caused in preferring the review application is allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
