Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State as also perused the record.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 09.05.2017 in Case No. 6137 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No. 350 of 2015, under Section- 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Quarsi, District- Aligarh, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh.
Prima facie case is made out against the applicants. No interference is warranted, at this stage.
The present application is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
