This is second bail application. First bail application was rejected by this Court by an order dated 05.10.2017 on the grounds that the appellant is the husband of the deceased who died within a short period of her marriage and certain ante-mortem injuries including sternum damaged underneath were received.
Learned counsel for the appellant has argued that certain points could not be raised during the last hearing. However, I may record that the second bail application has been moved in the absence of any new ground and there is only re-appreciation of evidences which were already existing at the time of rejection of first bail application. I do not find any fresh ground to consider the prayer for bail.
The second bail application for bail is accordingly rejected. Office is directed to prepare paper-book within three months.
List this case on 07.01.2019 for final hearing before the appropriate Court.
