1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for 30 days so as to attend to his ailing mother.
2. From the jail remarks, it is noticed that furlough application of the convict dated 24.08.2011 is pending before the I.G., (Prisons). Learned APP informs the Court that I.G., (Prisons) has sent communications to the police authorities in Uttar Pradesh on 14.10.2011, 12.11.2011, 30.12.2011 and last but not the least on 04.05.2012.
3. Learned APP wants a day's time to take further instructions in the matter.
