This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants Sahabudeen, Ubaish and Alam in Case Crime No. 289 of 2021, under sections 323, 504, 307 I.P.C., P.S.- Didoli, District - J.P. Nagar (Amroha).
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that although the applicants have been falsely implicated in this case but he does not want to press the anticipatory bail application provided that an order for same day consideration of the bail application when given is passed.
In view of the request made above, Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicants surrender and give bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
