This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive “ t o issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in contemplating to bifurcate existing fair Price shops in Sadashivpet Town, which are having more than 500 BPL Cards into two shops in Municipalities and erstwhile taluk Head Quarters (Urban ) as per the guidelines issued by the Government in GO.Ms. No. 35, Consumer affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CSI) Department dt 17-09-2007, without considering petitioner’s representation dt 03-11-2007 as illegal, arbitrary, malafides and colorable exercise of power and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to bifurcate the existing F.P. shops in Sadashivpet town, until our representation dt 03-11-2007 is disposed of by the 3rd respondent.”
Sri K.Raji Reddy, learned Counsel representing Sri M.Venkatram Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, makes a request for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel is accepted and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.33982 of 2007, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
