Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri H.N. Pandey learned counsel for opposite party No.2.
The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 17.12.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.21884 of 2020 (Sadarul Islam Jafri Vs. Central Board of Secondary Education and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, H.N. Pandey learned counsel for opposite party No.2 filed affidavit of compliance before this Court, the same is taken on record.
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
