Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the name of the petitioner no.2 in the array of the parties to the writ petition during the course of the day.
Learned Standing counsel, on the basis of instructions, submits that the marks of the petitioners have been enhanced after re- evaluation by an expert committee. After re-evaluation, the petitioner no.1 has been awarded 41 marks while the petitioner no.2 has been awarded 44 marks. The cause of action on which the revision was founded, does not survive.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners recasts his relief. He submits that the corrected mark- sheets incorporating the enhanced marks may be provided to the petitioners within the stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.3, Sachiv, Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari Uttar Pradesh Allenganj, Allahabad to provide the corrected mark-sheets to the petitioners incorporating the enhanced marks within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order as per prescribed procedure.
